The pandemic has brought so many industries to their knees. However, it also caused a paradigm shift in the way we now perceive the world. It has made us all, in some way or the other, more sensitive, more compassionate and more cognizant about our choices and the cumulative impact that our actions have on the world and its resources. In the midst of this year, we began to imagine how we could give back to society, our country, and our people, and that got us thinking about charity in creative ways.
It was clear to us then that compassion towards our surroundings must become a cornerstone of our company. Therefore, we’ve evolved our business model. Now, at Mai Stories, EVERY experience that we create for you will allow us to donate a part of our profits to a cause of YOUR choice. We will identify three causes on a quarterly basis that we feel need immediate assistance. When you associate with us, we will share a summary of these with you, and, at the end of your event, donate a part of our profits to a cause closest to your heart. Creating a genuine connection between our clients and a select cause will allow us to work in a cohesive ecosystem that serves a higher purpose.
The words of J.F. Kennedy, “Ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country,” challenge us to continue in some way to do the greater good.
